• Software Productivity & Investing Tools: Digital products, software applications, and productivity tools designed for business owners, solopreneurs, and stock market investors.

The nature, scope, and availability of specific services may change over time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or product at any time without prior notice, except where otherwise required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.

• Failed Payments: If your payment is declined or fails for any reason, your order will not be processed. You are responsible for ensuring that valid payment information is provided.
• Subscription Services: If you subscribe to a recurring service, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the stated interval until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

If you are not satisfied with a digital product or software tool purchased from Valience LLC, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your original purchase date. Refund Conditions and Exceptions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be honored.
• Refunds apply to one-time digital product purchases. Subscription fees for periods already rendered are non-refundable except at our discretion.
• Consulting, advisory, and real estate management service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written service agreement.
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent or abusive.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Valience LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on this Site should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument, or to engage in any specific investment strategy. Past performance of any investment strategy discussed on this Site is not indicative of future results.

All investment involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valience LLC and its members, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Any content obtained from the Site.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any investment or financial decisions made based on information provided on the Site.
• Any other matter relating to the Site or our services.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to Valience LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Valience LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of receiving notice of the dispute.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Valience LLC and its members, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Valience LLC with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
